SNGC Placement Cell
The Placement Cell of our college comprises of our Principal as Chairman, The Placement Officer as its Secretary and Core committee members from each Department. The Cell is devoted to cater to the needs of organizations in conducting campus interviews for placements. Student Placement Co-coordinators are selected to assist the Placement Cell. The Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials. The Placement Cell plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the college for their successful career placement, which is crucial interface for the students between the stages of completion of academic programme of studies and entry into the suitable employment. This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career and campus selection inside the campus as well as off- campus. Many organization visit SNGC for campus recruitment annually. |

| Our Procedure |

HR Persons from Companies are invited to the college. |
|
To the HR people, the details of the final year students opting for placement are sent as per their requirement. |
|
The company is assigned a convenient date and they conduct test and / or group discussion to short-list the interested students. |
|
The company then interviews the short listed students for final selection. |
|
The Students are also taken to attend off-campus selections conducted by Bharathiar University. |
